Chad’s mood completely changed when Sitel let him go. He was in Retention since they opened that dept. So after they fired him he was much happier and more relaxed than before.

Just getting out of that atmosphere has done wonders for me. It was so insanely against my character attempting to convince old ladies with cancer to keep their credit cards, just knowing they’re going to be in debt until they die. I don’t have credit cards; I hate banks, can’t stand greedy corporations, yadda yadda, so you can see how the only term I’ve used to describe that queue is “soul-crushing.”

Also, as of Monday, they decided to change all the rules and sales techniques we had been trained on for the past two years. Apparently, now it’s supposed to be a lot easier, but knowing that place, they’ll add some other ridiculous stat to meet or something.

Long story, short, I’m a happy little hostess again and I love it. :D
