A few months ago, I applied to be a part of the non-profit organization that Cinsere, the creator of reddits’ subreddit r/trees, was putting together. I was green-lit for the position so naturally I was excited when I had the opportunities to swap a few IMs and emails with the legendary ent, himself.

When it comes to the real issue of ending cannabis prohibition, I truly felt like Cinsere had his heart in the right place, so I was so disappointed when I read about this big money-grubbing fiasco. A lot of highly respected moderators of the subreddit are stepping down and I honestly don’t blame them. There’s no doubt that this situation has done nothing but severely hurt our cause. 

Also, let’s not forget that myself and a good portion of other r/entwives and girls from r/treesgonewild, submitted pictures for a community-based calendar. The money made from the sales were supposed to benefit the non-profit, which is non-existent. Nudity was encouraged throughout the whole process so I’m rather curious as to whatever happened to all of those.

This is just unacceptable:
